| BOOMER'S BBQ SERVICES |
The first step is to call to see if the date is available. Then we'll set a time to meet
where you would like your event to take place so I can make sure my rig will fit where
you would like it. We'll review the menu, discuss your choices and write up the end
of your event.
I'll supply the food, plates, plastic ware (which includes a knife, a fork, salt, pepper
and a napkin), my famous BBQ sauce, pepper vinegar sauce, chafing pans, Sterno
and 4 hours serving time. If requested to stay and serve over the 4 hours, there will
be an additional charge per hour.
What I'll need from you would be a few tables to set up the chafing pans, plates,
sauces, etc. The number of tables depends on the number of guests. I'll need access
to water and electricity (if available). If electricity is not available, I have an extremely
quiet generator.
So, now at this point, all you have to do is get ready to enjoy your party and have fun.
The neighbors you haven't met yet could come running when
the aroma of BBQ fills the air.
